Plastic the future material

With no doubt one of the material that our world would not be the same is the plastic. Plastic fabrication started at early 20th century and nowadays it one of the industrial branches which progress at great speed. The plastic fabrication becomes so popular because of the need of the world. Humanity was looking for a material that is light, cheap and at the same time easy to handle. These qualities that plastic possess makes it one of the best option for a material in our world.

One of the greatest usages of plastic is the production of toys. Plastic fabrication there met some challenges which were overcome with the development of technologies. Often the toys have really complicated shapes. In order to make these shapes a special techniques had to be used to treat the plastic in order to get the desired effect. These complicated shapes were no problem for the lasers that with ease cut trough the plastic. This was a revolutionary in the plastic fabrication. This let to a new era of the development of toys all over the world. And what is better than to make a child happy? Coming from a parent, the answer is nothing. From the progress of plastic fabrication everybody benefited someway. The companies increased by 300% the income of the toys they were selling and the buyers were happy as well.

However there is one major problem with the plastic. The plastic fabrication is not that difficult but the destruction of plastic is one of the hardest things. The reason is kept in the chemical formula that makes up the plastic. When you leave a plastic piece on the ground the time that is estimated for that piece to lose integrity left in nature condition is about 1 million years. That time is enormous. And when we have in mind that every moment in the world tons of plastic toys are made the pollution may reach critical levels.

And here the modern technologies may have find a solution for this problem as well. The plastic fabrication during 80 and 90s was based on a certain way of production. The product there was based completely on the formula of plastic and chemically it represented a bond with no additional compounds. Since the pollution problem became an issue the plastic fabrication evolved and started to add additional ingredients to better the formula. By that the disintegration process was enhanced the time to lose integrity was cut. Another bad thing about getting rid of the plastic is that when you heat it up, the plastic starts to melt. But in the air some of the compound evaporates and pollute the air. This problem was also reduced by the new methods of plastic fabrication.

The improved plastic fabrication leads to reducing the pollution and increasing the quality of all the products that are made out of plastic. However the cost of the products was slightly increased due to some technical difficulties of producing the special plastic that is better than the old one.
